Everyone was friendly and professional. Waited 1.5 hours just to get to to the wait room. Dr Loftus was very informative and knowledgeable. I wished they would have had imaging. Would have saved another trip to crazy Austin traffic. Great people and definitely overall positive visit.

Dr Loftus is So Nice & Professional. His staff is very friendly as well.
Dr Loftus was also very accommodating in coordinating my upcoming surgery.

Excellent care in every aspect..DrLoftus is very compassionate and considerate...I'd suffered from frequent headaches prior to my surgery and I'm delighted to report those headaches have subsided.

I'd been having chronic back pain for 35 years and was told that because my spine looked fine, that the issue was most likely piriformis or a sciatic nerve issue, and that all I could expected from a medical standpoint is to take gabapentin the rest of my life. Then I met a friend at UT who said she went to a neurosurgeon and he simply went in and fixed her issue, and she never again had back pain. In steps Dr. Loftus (I just asked Chat-gpt, "give me best neurosurgeon in Austin TX). And, short story ~ he went in and fixed my issue, and no more issue :). The minimally invasive procedure he uses is just that. Easy-Peasy. I'm now 7 weeks out from surgery, back to 100%, and feeling about 20 years younger! Thanks so much Dr. Loftus - you are amazing. No lie.

Dr. Loftus and staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Loftus was very helpful in taking care of my bak and neck pain. He is very concerned in helping me understand the procedure. After the surgery, he made sure I knew and understood the recovery process. He is wonderful, which is reflected in his great staff.
