Always kind, gentle, well mannered staff. They always explain everything so you understand. They always take their time with you, as if you are important to them never rushing you. The only thing I would change is the office lobby and exam rooms are freezing cold. Turn it up a bit so it's bearable.

Dr Loftus, and his staff makes me feel welcome, he takes his time and talk to me in a very friendly way, he explains everything in detail, and I that makes me feel very relaxed, would recommend his service to anyone seeking help in his profession his NP is also very nice and she listens to me and explains everything in detail, Dr Loftus has a great attitude with me , I trust him and I know that he has my best interest

Dr. Loftus, NP Gregory, and NP James are exemplary in their care of patients. They are kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Loftus is brilliant. He is always so caring, kind, attentive, and shows amazing expertise in what he does. I would recommend Austin Neurosurgical Institute above anyone else.
